CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19) - OFFICE CLOSURE
Due to the rising numbers of Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in Scotland, and to follow national guidelines about reducing the spread of the virus, THAW Orkney Office will be closed to clients from Monday 23rd March 2020 until further notice.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly but we want to keep both our clients and staff as safe and healthy as possible and limit any spread of the virus.
Although our office will be closed to clients, staff will still be available to support you with any energy enquiries/matters you may have, via telephone or email correspondence.
We are aware that during this time there will be people within the community who are particularly vulnerable and who could be without electricity or unable to heat their homes. If you are in this position, or know of someone who is, please contact us and we will advise on any support that is available.
