What our clients say about us

Office Opening Hours

THAW's usual office opening times are from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Home visiting is an aspect of THAW's services that we are proud of and staff undertake regularly. Therefore,

please be aware that the office may not be open during these times due to all of the staff field team being away

from the office on home visits, or on other occasions such as staff training.

If you are travelling from the isles or from a distance on the mainland, it is best to telephone prior to your planned

visit to ensure that the office will be open.

Our mission is 'To work for households in all Orkney communities to reduce levels of fuel poverty and achieve affordable warmth'

Our phone lines are operational again.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We apologise but our main phone number is currently out of order once again.  If you need to contact us, please call our temporary phone number on 01856 871326, while we resolve this issue.
