Office Opening Hours
THAW's usual office opening times are from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Home visiting is an aspect of THAW's services that we are proud of and staff undertake regularly. Occasionally therefore, please be aware that the office may not be open during these times due to all of the staff field team being away from the office on home visits, or on other occasions such as staff training
If you are travelling from the isles or from a distance on the mainland, it is best to telephone prior to your planned visit to ensure that the office will be open
"Absolutely outstanding, you couldn't do enough, THAW went above and beyond the call of duty"
